Still accomplishing this in Photoshop with the puppet warp tool. I know I need to branch out--I could incorporate some changing filters or something to add a dramatic effect. But what I really want to do is figure out a way to make something that's really in motion around the page. "Lucinda" was close to this, but has some strange wobbles about her.
